Pre-Nursing Advising
Students who are completing the pre-requisite classes for the Nursing Program are classified as pre-nursing students. Once a student is accepted into the Nursing Program, then their major is changed to a nursing student at DACC. Those students who are attending college for the first time generally start with advising at the Academic Advising Center. Once students are ready to work on pre-requisite classes for the Nursing program, it is recommended they come for advising with a program advisor in the Health and Public Services Building, DAHL 190.
Both appointments and walk-in times are available to students. It is recommended students bring a current STAR Report with them to an advising session.
