Retired from the El Paso County Sheriff's office in El Paso, Texas as a Detective. Started out as Detention Officer and moved on to Patrol. I worked with local Fire Departments to start out the HazMat program. Worked many years in white collar crime cases, money laundering cases for U.S. Customs and Border Protection and DEA task forces. I also worked on Crimes Against Persons and Crimes Against Property. Worked heavily in procession of Crime Scenes with the Crime Scene Technicians also. I also worked at Internal Affairs for over 5-1/2 years. Received alot of training from the FBI at their academy on white collar crimes, and public corruption cases. I attended the University of Texas at El Paso to receive my Bacherlor's degree and my Master's Degree. I work at Gadsden High School in Anthony, New Mexico where I teach the Law Enforcement classes and I also run the Skills USA organization and also a Police Explorer Post out of my classroom.
