THTR 115/205 Vocal Production - The use, care, and development of the actor's vocal instrument
THTR 149/249 Running Crew - Students work on technical aspects of production in performance (1-2 credits)
THTR 203 Theatre History I - History of theatre and drama from ancient Greece to Shakespeare
THTR 204 Theatre History II - History of theatre from Restoration to the modern day
THTR 222 Theatre Topics (Elements of Production) - students work on script, acting, directing, technical aspects and marketing of productions.

DACC Arts & Humanities Department Theatre Arts Program is dedicated to encouraging the creativity of students through the production of plays which reflect the cultural diversity of our community, celebrate the work of Hispanic artists, cultivate original works which nurture the voice of students, and provide accessibility to performance opportunities in text-based and improvisational theatre.
