This seminar is designed as a hands-on opportunity for you to improve your basic business writing effectiveness. The techniques used in the workshop will enable you to write effective instructions, summaries, evaluations, letters, memos and emails. It will cover commonly misused vocabulary words, basics of sentence structure, punctuation, tone, meaning and voice. |

Diversity has been a topic of discussion for well over a decade. During this time diversity has undergone a major transition for an evaluation of cultural differences to an understanding that all individuals are different in some way. The purpose of this seminar is to provide the participants with a better understanding of what diversity is and what it is not, to increase awareness of values, attitudes and behaviors and the impact these have on others, and to help in developing solutions to diversity problems in the workplace. |
