What is Stress?

  • Physical signs: headaches, rapid heartbeat, trouble sleeping, stomach upset, anger or difficulty concentrating.

It can come from many different sources:

You can take steps to reduce stress. And you can learn positive ways to deal with the stress you can't avoid.
