If you are going to be on the DACC campus between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday, you will need to pick up a complimentary COMM ED parking permit in Room 204 at the East Mesa Campus BEFORE the first day of class. You will need your vehicle license number.

Holiday Hours

Our offices will observe Labor Day on Monday, September 6 and Thanksgiving on Wednesday - Friday, November 24-26. Ask your instructor for details, if appropriate.

General

  • You will receive a receipt when you register. CHECK the information on it for any UPDATES regarding your course.

  • Our schedule is correct as of press time but changes are possible. To avoid problems, (1) check your computer receipt, and (2) check with us! Preferred minimum course enrollment is 12.

  • We do run waiting lists and open extra sessions if possible.

  • Courses without age specifications are for adults.

Refunds

Are granted in full if we cancel, and prior to the second class meeting if you request IN WRITING (available only for multi-week courses). A refund slip may be picked up or mailed. You may then take it to the cashier's office, DABCC Room 118 or the NMSU Business Office to receive your refund. A check will be mailed only to out-of-town students or senior citizens who no longer drive.

Available upon request: Certificates of participation, CEU documentation (skills courses only), & gift certificates.
